MFV Consultancy was founded by Muhammet Yiğit.

Our Office provides consultancy and translation services on legal issues that need expertise, to both domestic and foreign corporations as well as to individuals in all over Turkey and United Kingdom assisted by a well-developed and effective international network of collabrations. We work in accordance with the innovative business life, in a dynamic and professional perspective as giving a high value to the rule of law. 
The mission of MFV Consultancy is to help clients achieve their goals by providing high quality, ethically sound legal consultancy. We work with clients to understand their objectives, resolve current issues and proactively anticipate and prevent future problems. Muhammet Yiğit

FOUNDER

Muhammet specializes in corporate law as well as in M&As, energy law, real estate law, contracts law, immigration and employment law. His experience covers the whole range of real estate, corporate and M&A work, including the incorporation of foreign-capitalized companies, conducting share sale transactions, general assemblies, asset sales, joint ventures, and resolving shareholders’ conflicts. He is also experienced in citizenship and occupancy permit procedures.

In recent years, Muhammet had advised one of the World’s biggest and most valuable energy, human resources companies in the field of corporate law, energy law and employment law. Muhammet had also find the chance to advise World’s largest provider company of flexible workspace solutions in the field of real estate law, particularly rental contracts.
